Payton's literature of choice was "Little Engines CAN Do Big Things." The moral of the story involves the little engines revolting against the big engines and taking over Knapford station.
Perhaps this wasn't the best book for Payton to be reading given his revolutionary tendencies...this may spell trouble for Sheriff Nona.
